This meeting will be an open meeting to the public with representatives from Jones Brown, Brent Brandham, our legal advisor LeeAnn Cupidio, our Sport Advisor Barbara Lyon-Stewart and the OFA Board of Directors.
This is your chance to ask questions, tell us what you want, and get informed of what the Provincial Sport Organization is all about.
Motions for changes to our constitution and bylaws are being accepted. Distribution and discussion on the motions will take place, voting on these motions will happen at our AGM in April 2016.
Qualified candidates, if any, will be presented for Presidential Nominations and a vote will happen for a President Elect on that basis.
