Canadian Amateur Football Survey

We are excited to have officially launched the first-ever national survey on amateur football in Canada, on behalf of the CFL and Football Canada.
We want to hear from parents, families and Canadian athletes about their football experience. We will use this information to help better design and deliver programs and services to advance amateur football in Canada.
The survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. You can save and come back to the survey at any time.
Upon completion of this survey, you may be eligible to enter into the football survey contest to win the following prizes provided by the CFL:
First-prize: Two tickets to the 2015 Grey Cup in Winnipeg, and three nights hotel accommodation for two
Second prize: Authentic CFL team jersey (team of choice)
Third prize: Authentic CFL team jersey (team of choice)
