2016-03-08
The Ontario Football Alliance is very pleased to announce that that the Ontario Minor Football League and its Members have returned to the OFA.
As of February 25th, the Ontario Football Alliance has welcomed back the Ontario Minor Football League as Members in Good Standing. Along with the OMFL as a league, its member clubs will also be re-joining the OFA including the North Bay Bulldogs, Orangeville Outlaws, Steel City Steelers, & TNT Express. The OFA would like to thank Dan Fournier, Head of the Sanctioning Committee along with the OMFL Executive for there hard work.
In the past few years we have been challenged in Ontario to move forward in a common direction to grow the great game of football in our Province. With the OMFL and its member clubs rejoining the OFA this year it is the beginning of our journey forward towards achieving our common goal to grow football at all levels in Ontario. I would like to thank Vince McDonald and his team and the OFA Sanctioning Committee for their time and effort to get us to a more unified position. – Dan Fournier, OFA President & Head of OFA Sanctioning Committee.
