Cumberland Panthers (1-4) vs Kingston Grenadiers (2-3)
The Ontario Football Alliance is pleased to announce this week's OPFL Varsity Game of the Week: Cumberland Panthers vs Kingston Grenadiers.
After 5 weeks, the Cumberland Panthers find themselves 1 - 4 and in a MUST win situation if they are looking to land a playoff spot. Cumberland will lean on Quaterback Alex Lawrie (67-123-807 | 10 TD's / 5 INT's) and Linebacker Makayeo Hall (32 TCK's) if they are looking to pull out the win!
Even though Kingston sits 2 - 3, this is ALSO a MUST win situation! Watch for the Gren's to have strong play from Receiver Nikolas Reyes (13-126 | 2 TD's) & Linebacker Tristan Bell (34 TCK's) as they look to lock in on the 2nd place in the East!
As we get closer and closer to playoffs, we are going to see more games like this with HUGE playoff ramifications! Check this game out this Saturday, 4PM at Richardson Stadium!
