The Ontario Football Alliance would like to announce the appointment of Paul Young to the Board of Directors.
Congratulations to Paul Young who has been appointed to the Ontario Football Alliance: Board of Directors. Paul has been involved with football for many years as a coach & volunteer and is also currently an OFA Learning Facilitator. Paul values hard work, honesty, and integrity. Outside of Football, Paul is the President & CEO of Polar Data.
NOTE: With the depature of Todd Crocker from the Board of Directors, Paul Young has been appointed to take his place. Paul's name will be on the ballot for Board of Directors at the Ontario Football Alliance AGM later this year.

Filling a Vacancy on the Board
4.1 Vacancy - Where the position of a Director becomes vacant for whatever reason and there is still a quorum of Board Members, the Board may appoint a qualified individual to fill the vacancy for the remainder of the vacant position’s term of office.
