CENTRAL CANADA WOMEN’S FOOTBALL LEAGUE OFFICIAL LAUNCH
The CCWFL is Proud to Announce the Official Launch of one of the Premiere Elite Women’s Tackle Football Leagues for Women in Ontario! Nobleton ON, April 9, 2014- The Central Canada Women’s Football League is officially live online and ready for startup of our new tackle football league! The Central Canada Women’s Football League is seeking women 18 years of age and older to join us for the 2015 season. Any players 16-17 wishing to play are also welcome and will be granted “Rookie” status- eligible to play on the practice squad until they are eligible for game play.
The Central Canada Women’s Football League is the very first league of its kind in Ontario for women’s tackle football. The CCWFL gives women the opportunity to play elite tackle football on an equal playing field with the support of an experienced coaching staff and the opportunity to try out for Canada’s national team!
The Central Canada Women’s Football League is a not for profit organization founded in February 2014 by Aaron Ellis at our office in Nobleton Ontario. Our goal is to fill four GTA teams for the 2015 season. New teams will be added every year to work towards achieving our ultimate goal of a province wide league.
