We have reached the mid-point of the OPFL's inaugural season! Let's check out our Stat Leaders & Standings so far!BEAST OF THE EAST
The East division has the Ottawa Sooner's running away with 1st place with a perfect 4-0 record. Sooner Running Back Jean-Paul Cimakinda currently leads the league in rushing with 904 Yards & 2 TD's. As for the rest of the division, 4 teams currently sit 1-3, which should make the next couple weeks very interesting as we approach the playoffs!
WILD WEST
Much like the Sooners in the East, the London Jr Mustangs find themselves a perfect 4-0. With wins over Cambridge (2-2) & Essex (3-1), London has a chance to lock up 1st place with wins over Hamilton & Niagara. Right behind the Mustangs, Hamilton (3-1), Essex (3-1), & Niagara (3-1) will look to hold off the Cambridge Lions (2-2) & Guelph Jr Gryphons (1-3) in the coming weeks and punch there ticket to the playoffs!
