OFA President Don Edwards and son Spencer Edwards in tragic accident Wednesday morning.
The tragic car accident that took Don Edwards and his son Spencer leaves a huge hole in the football community. Don was the President of OFA for the past 3 years, his quirky sense of humour and big heart will be missed by the staff and Board of Directors. Don believed in the importance of the NSO and PSO in sport and was a strong supporter of both Football Canada and Ontario Football, his dream was to see football united across Ontario and the country a vision he worked hard towards achieving.
It is with a heavy heart that the Ontario Football Alliance share the news of the passing of OFA President Don Edwards and his 18-year old son Spencer Edwards. Both were in a tragic car accident Wednesday morning.
