The Ontario Football Alliance is currently accepting nominations to be the next President.
The Ontario Football Alliance is now accepting nominations to be the next President! If you would like to nominate yourself or someone you know, please send them to nominations ontariofootball.ca no later then October 4th, 2019.

Lina Sherritt (Committee Chair | Board Member)
Josh Malekzadeh (Board Member)
Terry Barkley (Executive Council)
Stephen Dean (Executive Council)
Shannon Donovan (Football Canada)
Assests:
· Proven leadership
· Previous board experience
· Knowledge and experience
· Experience with large and complex organizations
· Current or prior CEO, COO, or CFO level experience
· Skillset-including finance, legal, auditing, government affairs, public relations, community experience, and knowledge of the organizations
Eligibility:
Any individual who is eighteen (18) years of age or older, who is not un-discharged bankrupt, who has the power under law to contract and is not a member of OFA, may be nominated for election as a President.
Any individual holding office as President of the Association, who is also President of an Ordinary Member shall resign the office as President of the Ordinary Member within seven (7) days of his/her election or appointment as President of the Association. In the event that the President fails to resign his/her office as President of the Ordinary Member, the individual will be deemed to have vacated office as President of the Association.
Potential candidate should possess one or more of the following skills and/or characteristics:
a) Accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA)
b) Legal designation (LL.B)
c) Professional qualifications (MD, PhD, MBA, Sport Science)
d) Personnel Management (Human Resource Professional designation)
e) Media/Marketing/Public Relations contacts/experience
f) Fundraising and funding source contacts
g) Administration/Management experience
h) Government relations/contacts
i) Organizational development/Strategic Planning experience
j) Other skills valued by the Board of Directors Election of Directors

- Knowledge of organizational performance mechanisms and ability to monitor, evaluate and report
