Football Ontario to Host 2021 Annual General Meeting

The Football Ontario 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is Scheduled to Take Place on September 12, 2021

 

Hamilton, Ontario - Football Ontario, on behalf of the President and the Board of Directors, is putting out a notice that the Football Ontario 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on September 12, 2021, commencing at 11:00am EST. Please note that this meeting will be taking place virtually - online using Zoom.

The Schedule of the AGM is as Follows:

 

1. Call to Order

2. Establishment of Quorum

3. Approval of the Agenda

4. Adoption of Minutes of the previous Annual Meeting

5. Report of Auditors - RLB Chartered Professional Accountants

6. Appointment of Auditors for 2020 Financial Review

7. Elections

   1. Directors at Large

      1. Three Open Positions

8. Business as Specified in the Previous Meeting Notice

   1. President Report - Don Hamilton

   2. Ratification of Written Resolutions

      1. Name Change: Ontario Football Alliance/OFA to Football Ontario

      2. 1.2 Change to “Council” - Will Mean Executive Council Made Up of 1 Representative from Football Ontario Sanctioned Provincial/Regional Leagues; NCAFA, OCFL, OFFL, OCFFL, OFC, CCWFL, and OSFL as well as 1 Representative from Each Associate Member

      3. Inclusion of Associate Member and their Voting Rights

         1. 2.1 Add “(e) Associate Members”

         2. 3.13 Add “(c) Category E Members may Appoint a Delegate in Accordance with Section 3.15”

         3. 3.14 Add “Category E Members Receive 1 Vote”

9. Adjournment
